Shipping policy

General Shipping Information:

Most orders placed online by 2 pm will be dispatched for next working day delivery (except promotional sales), but some exceptions apply for larger orders and server racks - which may take 1-2 days - please contact us if the timing is a priority so we can make arrangements, as additional charges may apply.

COVID-19 Delays:

Shipping to some areas such as PERTH and WA are currently experiencing courier delays due to operating changes as a result of COVID-19. As a result, please allow 7 - 10 working days for packages to get from our Sydney warehouse on flat rate / free shipping orders to these areas. Shipping to some suburbs in MELBOURNE has been paused as a result of COVID-19 lockdowns for some couriers. Home deliveries into Melbourne could also be delayed as further follow-ups are required. Other areas have been seeing intermittent delays depending on the location. We do our best to get you your items as quickly as possible.

Server Racks & Large Parcels:

Deliveries for most server racks & large parcel orders will take 1-2 business days (excludes WA, TAS & Regional areas which can take 3-5 business days).

Server racks are kerbside delivery only, for deliveries up any stairs we need to quote pricing.

Do I need to sign for my delivery: authority to leave? 

We may deliver the products via a range of delivery methods. All deliveries must be signed for. If you know you will not be at home you are able to issue an Authority to Leave. Please contact our Sales Support team via telephone or email to arrange this. Issuing an Authority to Leave voids your shipping insurance if the parcel is lost or stolen.

Do you deliver to PO Box or Parcel Lockers?

We DO NOT deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers as none of our couriers have access to them. If you enter these details, it will be sent back and a redelivery fee will incur. If you have a special situation and require delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker please contact us. We'll work with you to quote delivery using Australia Post.
